  • Individuals who are looking to make lifestyle changes, using sport as the enabler for them to do this. This may be linked to becoming fitter or losing weight.
  • Athletes who are looking to achieve much more than they have experienced previously by just using a pre-set training plan.
  • Individuals who want to take on a personal challenge and succeed. For example, this could be completing a tough Sportive or a 100 mile ride.
  • Athlete’s competing in road race or time trial disciplines who want to improve their finish positions or course times.
  • Individuals who want and need a structure putting to their training, to enable them to achieve better performances than they have done before.
