Personalisation - It’s all about you
There are thousands of training plans available that you can simply download and use, but what does this mean in reality? It would mean everyone doing the same thing, at the same time, all in a bid to achieve the same result. Cue a huge number of disappointed people when results do not come their way. Everyone is unique, with individual qualities, strengths and weaknesses. One plan simply cannot fulfil individual ambitions. Together, we will build on your strengths and minimise your weaknesses. This will be done through a training plan created for you, and you only. Read it, ride it, and reap the rewards. Every one of our packages includes different types of testing, that can include FTP, Profiling and Fitness testing.

Recognise – Plan - Develop
Training need not be complex. It doesn’t have to contain a secret language only known to the wise few. It shouldn’t contain jargon that clouds the reason why you’re doing this. It shouldn’t contain so much detail that you’re struggling to remember what you’re scheduled to do after the fourth interval. It can be simple. It can be written in a way that can be understood. It can be the most endorphin boosting moment in the world. And it will be. When you smash your goal, you’ll say to yourself “Yes! This right now, this feeling, this is exactly the reason I’m doing this. This is why I train hard!” |

The most important part of an Athlete/Coach relationship; Communication. It’s a fundamental part of making the whole thing work. We’ll have a regular catch up to discuss your progress, how you feel about what you’ve achieved and what you have coming next. Along with this we offer continued support through email and text, whether it’s to pick you up and help you through a tough patch or to celebrate your most recent success. Nothing beats talking.
